Refund and Returns Policy

At QAF Perfumes, we value our customers and strive to provide you with premium quality fragrances and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Since perfumes are personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery.
  • The packaging was tampered with or missing at delivery.

⚠️ Note: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or sprayed, due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Process

If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at [support@qafperfumes.com] or calling [customer support number].
  2. Provide your order number, payment reference, and clear images of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will verify the claim and confirm eligibility for return.
  4. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock after your purchase.
  • You have received a damaged or wrong item and opted for a refund instead of replacement.
  • The order was canceled successfully before dispatch.

Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (via Razorpay).
  • In case of delays, please contact your bank/payment provider, as processing time may vary.

4. Exchanges

If you have received the wrong or damaged product and wish to exchange it instead of a refund:

  • We will ship the correct replacement once we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
  • To cancel, please contact us immediately at [support@qafperfumes.com] with your order details.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
  • Gift cards, samples, or trial packs.

7. Shipping Charges on Returns

  • If the return is due to a QAF Perfumes error (wrong or damaged product), shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • If the return is due to customer error (ordering the wrong product by mistake), return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
